Maidra Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Maidra (“Maidra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Maidra website, mobile applications, booking forms, SMS communications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Maidra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Service
Maidra operates as a technology platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals (“Service Providers”). Maidra does not provide cleaning services directly and is not an employer of Service Providers.
All cleaning services are performed by independent contractors who control how services are delivered.
2. Eligibility
To use Maidra, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
3. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are made through the Maidra Platform
Appointment times are estimated arrival windows, not guaranteed arrival times
Availability depends on Service Provider schedules and service area coverage
Rescheduling or cancellation is subject to Maidra’s cancellation policy
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices shown are estimates based on service type, home size, add-ons, and frequency
Final pricing may change if the scope of work materially changes
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
By booking, you authorize Maidra to charge your selected payment method
Recurring Services
Recurring services renew automatically until canceled
You may cancel recurring services in accordance with the cancellation policy
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
No fee for cancellations made 24+ hours before service
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
No-shows or denied access may be charged the full service amount
6. Access to the Property
You agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access
Secure pets when required
Disclose hazards, fragile items, or special instructions
Maidra and Service Providers are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied:
Notify Maidra within 24 hours of service completion
We may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion
This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, permanent damage, or undisclosed conditions.
8. Damages & Liability
Service Providers must exercise reasonable care
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
Maidra’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service
Maidra is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Loss of unsecured valuables
Indirect or consequential damages
9. Independent Contractor Disclaimer
Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Maidra.
Maidra does not supervise cleaning methods, control performance, or guarantee specific Service Providers.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass or endanger Service Providers
Provide false information
Use the Platform unlawfully
Circumvent Maidra to hire providers directly
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Reviews & Feedback
By submitting reviews, you grant Maidra a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for marketing or operational purposes.
Maidra may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or violate these Terms.
12. Account Termination
Maidra may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, fraud, or safety concerns.
You may terminate your account by contacting support.
13. SMS Terms of Service
SMS Communications
By opting into SMS communications via a web form, booking flow, or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from Maidra LLC.
These messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Booking updates or changes
Account notifications
Customer care and support messages
Service-related alerts
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is used solely for Maidra communications and is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

14. Privacy

15. Dispute Resolution

17. Modifications to Terms
Maidra may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
