Maidra Platform is Built for Trust, Protection, and Florida Compliance
Maidra works with independent service providers, not employees. Providers who operate on the Maidra platform do so as independent contractors (1099), maintaining control over how, when, and whether they perform services.
At the same time, Maidra operates a Florida-based platform that facilitates services inside private homes. Florida law allows businesses to set reasonable standards to protect legitimate business interests, client safety, and platform integrity. The information we request is designed to meet those standards—not to control your work.

A Final Word to Florida Providers
Maidra does not dictate how you run your business.
We do set clear, lawful standards for who may operate on our platform.
If our approach aligns with how you want to work in Florida, we welcome you. If it does not, we respect your independence and wish you nothing but success in your work.
